Part of the Superdeck Stubby-Shallow series, the Bakers Pride 4151 Superdeck pizza oven measures 66 inches wide by 33 inches deep by 55.07 inches high, which is great for narrow-aisled kitchens. This single-deck unit's interior is aluminized steel, while its exterior is stainless steel; both metals are durable, corrosion resistant, and can simply be wiped clean. To meet changing demands, two additional Superdeck ovens can be stacked on this unit because its angle-iron frame is fully welded for strength. For thorough cleaning beneath it, this oven is elevated with 30-inch steel legs.

The Bakers Pride 4151 pizza deck oven's baking chamber measures 54 inches wide by 24.5 inches deep by 8 inches high to accommodate various pizza sizes. To ease pie insertion and retrieval, an insulated, spring-balanced door provides direct deck access. Operators can set temperatures from 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit with the thermostatic control, and for enhanced results, the top and bottom heat dampers are independently controlled. Its 1.5-inch-thick Cordierite deck absorbs moisture while heating evenly to produce a crispy crust. To prevent heat from escaping, this oven is fully insulated.
