FWE Rethermalization Oven for high volume heating and finishing of pre-cooked foods, without overcooking or dehydration. Not just for reconstituting refrigerated/slacked meals - use precise temperature control to bake, cook or reheat your product. The Retherm Oven is provided with (15) sets of fixed slides spaced at 3.5 inch. Each set of slides holds (2) 13.5 inch x 26 inch x 2.5 inch speed baskets. The RH-B-32-HO can accommodate up to (320) 6.5 inch x 5 inch trays, 10 per basket. On 5 inch casters for easy roll. Constructed of stainless steel, with welded base frame for added strength and durability - fully insulated cabinet and door provide energy efficient heating and longer holding times. Two dutch doors with magnetic closure. 220-240 volt, single phase, 60 htz. Beautiful unit very clean with minor scratches from normal wear. Overall Unit is in Great condition!
