Doyon DP14A Description
The Doyon DP14A proofer with 2 Clear Doors & Bright lights illuminate the product for visibility through the Clear doors. Water automatically enters the unit so a drain is not required. Humidity stays at 95 percent and the temperature range is from 90 to 110 degrees Fahrenheit. Both heat and humidity are evenly distributed by the heating system. The electronic display includes a countdown timer and the controls for the temperature and humidity. This proofing cabinet is constructed of stainless steel to resist corrosion.
