With its roll-in design, this holding cabinet can accommodate two 27" x 29" x 66" pan racks and keep their contents at food safe temperatures until serving.

Additionally, innovative INTELA-TRAUL microprocessor controls make operation easy with a 3-digit LED display, an on/off button, a one-time start-up temperature adjustment feature, and a data port all in one convenient location on the front of the unit. For maximum food safety, an alarm alerts your staff of high/low cabinet temperatures, when the doors are left open, and when there is a power supply interruption.

This roll-in holding cabinet features high-density foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to help maintain a consistent internal cabinet temperature, monitored by a Fahrenheit/Celsius temperature display on the front of the unit.
