Blending innovative induction technology with a classic griddle design, the Garland GI-SH/GR 5000 21" countertop induction griddle lets you fry up your signature burgers, eggs, pancakes, and more while delivering superior energy efficiency and lightning-fast heating!

This unit uses its real time temperature control system to automatically compensate for even minor temperature changes on the cooking surface. A rotary dial thermostat control with LED readout lets you adjust the griddle temperature for instant searing, precise temperature control on delicate items, and everything in between.

This model can preheat in just 3 minutes, and no flame means much cooler working conditions than traditional griddles. Its stainless steel body provides superior durability, and its removable splash guard protects your walls and countertop. It requires a 208V, 3 phase electrical connection.
