Thanks to its high performance ducted fan air distribution system, this Traulsen Specification Line AIH132H-FHS 39 cu. ft. single section roll-in heated holding cabinet delivers steadier heat distribution, quicker daily start-up, lower energy use, and reduced lifetime service costs when compared to a standard model. With its roll-in design, this holding cabinet can accommodate one 27" x 29" x 72" pan rack and keep its contents at food safe temperatures until serving.
Additionally, innovative INTELA-TRAUL microprocessor controls make operation easy with a 3-digit LED display, an on/off button, a one-time start-up temperature adjustment feature, and a data port all in one convenient location on the front of the unit. For maximum food safety, an alarm alerts your staff of high/low cabinet temperatures, when the door is left open, and when there is a power supply interruption.
This roll-in holding cabinet features high-density foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to help maintain a consistent internal cabinet temperature, monitored by a Fahrenheit/Celsius temperature display on the front of the unit. Its self-closing door includes a stay-open feature when opened past 120 degrees. This unit requires a 115/208V electrical connection for operation.
