This griddle features two burners with 60,000 BTUs of heating power underneath a 3/4" thick steel plate for consistent, even heat distribution. Each burner has an ON/OFF control valve with three-stage heat adjustment and an adjustable air shutter to produce optimum combustion. The front panel is removable for easy access to all of the unit's components, and it's mounted on 4" steel legs for stability.
